Over the years I have dealt with other personnel issues and lack of care for their customers. I wasnt upset with having to pay the additional money but more upset with their customer service. I called the bank to ask why they wouldnt have called me prior to just withdrawing the amount from my account and was rudely spoken to by a teller, transferred multiple times, placed on long holds to then have no one take accountability for notifying me prior to the withdrawal. I was shocked! Not only did they not call me to tell me of the mistake and advise that they were going to do it they also took funds from an account that didnt have funds in it so it was left with a negative balance. 2 weeks later I receive a voicemail from a teller advising the mistake and notifying me that they had taken the remaining balance from my *** checking account. ![]() The loans was closed and I could no longer see the account on my banking app. The teller didnt catch this and processed the payment. Once I got back to the bank I provided them with a check but wrote the correct amount in the box and an incorrect amount on the line. An inconvenience but I left and went home to get a check which was over an hr trip home and back. I got to the bank and was turned away when told I was going to use a debit card as they dont have the machine down there to handle the payment via card. I was advised that the drive thru would be able to handle the payment. I advised I would use a debit card and asked if I would need to go into the branch. I was told that I could pay with a check or debit card and would have to go to a branch to do so. I called the branch to find out what the amount would be to pay off my personal loan and see what forms of payment they would accept other than transferring the funds from my *** credit card. I have held a checking account, credit card and personal loan with *** for years. ![]()
